Qualtrics is a Web-based survey software available for use by all University of Maryland faculty, students and staff to support teaching and research on campus.

Surveys can be created and distributed by anyone with a UMDCP Qualtrics designer account.

How can I use Qualtrics?

You can now log into your account by clicking on the login (single sign-on): Login with your Directory ID and Password.

For consultations or help with using Qualtrics, please contact your College Support Representative.

Please note, if you go to the public Qualtrics website and create a trial account, any surveys you create or data you collect will not be accessible from the UMD Qualtrics site. We therefore recommend using a UMD Qualtics account.

What if I have questions about Qualtrics?

If you are experiencing problems using Qualtrics or have questions, please contact the following:

• Contact Qualtrics using e-mail.
• Contact Qualtrics by phone at 1-800-340-9194.

Qualtrics will respond to support telephone calls or email contacts based on the order they are received and relative importance as reasonably determined by Qualtrics. Phone or email assistance from Qualtrics is available during their normal business hours, 7:00am - 7:00pm Mountain Time on weekdays (Monday - Friday), except holidays. Limited email support is available after hours and weekends.
