A Tail of Two Mice

Results

Raw Data

  • T-Test

    • Our experiment contained one independent variable, the mouse type.
And with this independent variable, two treatments were conducted.
One treatment with the Intellimouse, and one a regular mouse with no
scroll button in the middle of it. Therefore a t-test will be the statistic
to be computed. As you can see from the following results, the t-stats
were well above .05 and not significant. The t-tests that were performed
on a two-sample with unequal variance and a one-tailed distribution.

  • User Satisfaction

    • Users were given a survey after their experiment was complete. They rated
their experience in their particular treatment on a scale from 1-9. The
worst possible experience was given a 1, and the best possible experience
      was given a 9.
