The on-line materials used for this experiment include Pad++ presentations for the experiment (the Norway presentation) and for training (a shorter presentation on sports teams), and a version of Mpad to instrument each presentation. The experiments were run on Dell computers Pentium 133MHz under the Linux operating system.
In addition to the on-line materials, there were instructions, a background survey filled out by subjects before the experiment, and a post-experiment survey. These materials are found in Appendix B.
