Wimba Live Classroom is a real-time virtual classroom environment that enhances distance education, hybrid classes, and collaboration activities. The environment supports audio, video, application sharing, presentations and whiteboarding, and it is a tool readily available within ELMS (powered by Blackboard) course spaces. In addition, Wimba voice tools enable faculty to extend the usefulness of such tools as Announcements, E-mail, and the Discussion Board with the integration of voice.

Audience response systems (or clickers) are more accessible in campus classrooms than ever before. Learn more about how to use clickers to create clicker-ready presentations, to retrieve data collected through clicker use, and about best practices for developing questions and integrating them into your lectures. While both Windows and Mac versions of the clicker (TurningPoint) software are available, this workshop is taught in the Windows environment.
