Media files are uploaded to podcast.umd.edu through a file transfer protocol called "WebDAV". This tool enables users to move content from a local computer to a remote server by dragging and dropping files. The WebDAV client you will use is determined by your local operating system.
Windows Users
For Mac Users
The Macintosh OS X operating system has an integrated WebDAV client that enables you to connect to podcast.umd.edu (see Option 1 below). You can also choose the Goliath WebDAV client to make the connection (see Option2 below for instructions). You will use your Directory ID and password to connect to podcast.umd.edu via either tool.
