Creating Forms with Google Docs
Do you need to send out a quick and simple survey, create a signup sheet, or administer a poll? In addition to its word processing and document storage/sharing capabilities, Google Docs also allows you to create web forms that you can publish online. All responses to your forms are collated in a spreadsheet for you to easily review, manage, and share with others. Google Docs is free to all users but requires a Google account.
