Classroom Collaboration with Google
Classroom Collaboration with Google
This month Google renamed its famous tool suite Google Docs to Google Drive. Don’t be alarmed; all of the same features and capabilities are still around, including new functionality as well! Professors Steve Mount from the Department of Cell Biology and Molecular Genetics and Scott Moses from the Department of English will be sharing their experiences along with some examples from their work with the formerly known Google Docs and Apps.
Although not required, you are welcome to bring an iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad or Android device. This is a great opportunity for instructors to bring their ideas and questions to an open forum where we can discuss and learn from each other.
No registration is required. Light refreshments will be provided.
This event is open for all faculty and staff who enjoy participating in a lively discussion. Join us on Friday, October 12th in Patuxent Building Room 0120.
