BrownBag: Screen Capture Using Camtasia
Screen Capture Using Camtasia
Do you want to embed video lectures into your ELMS course spaces such as narrated Power Point presentations, Web tours, or application demonstrations?
Camtasia Studio is a video screen recording tool that lets you easily create video presentations for delivery via the Web. With Camtasia, you can easily record your presentation by capturing your computer screen and cursor movements with voiceover narration, call-outs, and special effects and then post the video in Flash and MP4 formats in an ELMS course space or in iTunes U.
In this brown bag discussion, Dr. George Macready (Professor, College of Education) and Margaret Richards (Education Specialist, IRIS Center) will share with you how they have been using this tool to create video content for their students and how they publish and embed the video lectures and presentations in ELMS course spaces. They will also share tips and tricks and lessons learned.
No registration is required.
Light refreshments will be provided.
