Training and Consulting Services

The Division of IT Learning Technologies group provides both training [1] and consulting [2] services for all of our supported tools [3].

You may use these services to:

• discuss best practices in teaching with technology with one of our instructional designers,
• receive guidance for selecting the best tool for your needs,
• learn a new tool,
• share experiences with other members of the instructional community, and
• locate support materials.

Training

Our Training [4] services offer a variety of learning opportunities, which include free general or customized workshops, webinars, conferences and discussion forums, and support documentation.

Consulting

Our Consulting [5] service offers two general approaches: a) instructional design guidance for general technology best practices and strategies, and b) more in-depth guidance for blended/hybrid or fully online course design.
