In this brown bag discussion, we'll focus specifically on different types of tools for collaborative learning to help improve learning in your class, such as Google Documents, Twitter, Wikis and Blogs. Dr. Leslie Walker (Faculty, College of Journalism) will show how she has successfully incorporated these tools into the classroom and online teaching. Heather Rodriguez (IT Coordinator, College of Arts and Humanities) will share how she has been using Google Documents to manage UTAP student projects.
This event is open for all faculty and staff who enjoy participating in lively discussion.
No registration is required.
Light refreshments will be provided.
