Glue Research and Academic Computing Environment (GRACE) provides access to storage for file sharing for classes and projects. The system provides an infrastructure for general file sharing among students, a personal student space for class files and interaction with the teacher, a homework drop box, and a place for faculty to distribute files for the class. Additionally, the faculty member will get a more permanent space to be able to prepare for classes and re-use materials as needed.
To get started, an instructor or a project leader needs to request a space. After the request has been approved, each space will get 4GB space initially. You can learn more about accessing the system at http://terpconnect.umd.edu/mygrace [1].
