And why, might I ask, *aren't* you here? :)
In your absence, we talked about you at dinner. (Me, Jason, D. and Kathleen Fitzpatrick.) If you come to Media Ecology in June, maybe I'll tell you what we said about you. ;)
Posted by Liz Lawley at October 18, 2003 09:53 PMWell, now I _really_ wish I had gone! Of course if I had I would have been talking about someone else:
Media Ecology, huh?
Posted by MGK at October 19, 2003 10:47 AMlets not forget next year in sussex for AoIR, it should be good.
Posted by jeremy hunsinger at October 20, 2003 05:19 PMYes, Matt, you were missed. :)
My apologies to Mr. Snyder--his presentation was also very interesting. If I had a whippy-dippy Ibook like *everyone else at the conference* (talk about AoIR envy!), then maybe my battery would have held long enough to include his presentation. Oh well. Someday I will be Compaq-free.

Posted by brandon at October 21, 2003 08:29 AMBoth AoIR 5 and Media Ecology (a group I didn't know anything about) are pretty tempting. So we'll see . . .
