W*rgaming 101

Nice intro site by Greg Lastowka (who I could swear I’ve run across before), and which I found by way of this swell entry (on what might have been the first formal game design course) on Greg Costikyan’s blog.

Greg Lastowka blogs at TerraNova. Or do you mean, run across in person?

And I like that you use "swell."

And I even commented on your ENGL 467 blog!

Thanks -- unfortunately, most all the links on the site are dead, and it's full of typos... but it was the most fun I ever had doing a research paper in law school. :-)

Yah. I remembered the "greglas" handle. If you're ever in DC and want to push some cardboard let me know--

Greg gave one of the most apparently popular papers at the Princeton video game conference, too, if I'm not mistaken. I say "apparently popular" meaning "everyone wanted to ask questions which were mostly anecdotes."
