A Room IS a View

So what does a room, or in particular a bedroom, say about its inhabitants and their society? In short, A LOT! However, in order to better interpret the meaning hidden in a room it is important to know both what the room is like and how the inhabitants felt about the room. It is also important to understand the perspective of the inhabitants, or at least have some knowledge of their background. With that in mind we are about to explore the ways in which a room (in this case the master bedroom of a house) is a view into not only an individual, but also into a culture or a society.
