Project #4- Comparative Analysis of the Greenbelt Museum and the College Park Towers
The Bathroom

The Greenbelt Museum, and the whole city of Greenbelt for that matter, is a very residential area. When the three "green towns" were created under FDR's administration, their primary goal was to create jobs during a period of economic depression (now known as the Great Depression).

Now known for much more than its economic impact at the time, Greenbelt has grown into a very beautiful community that continues to provide housing for low-income families and single residents alike. While Greenbelt may not be as developed and commercially affluent as other towns it lies adjacent to, that almost lack of post-modern qualities is what makes Greenbelt so unique.

Each house looks out over some arrangement of a scenery, a garden-side view. Even over the years the Greenbelt community has managed to keep this part of its defining character in tact, not falling prey to the common practice of over-development.

Ofcourse I chose to ignore all the beauty that Greenbelt has to offer an focus on a more mundane, yet none-the-less essential part of life, the bathroom...
