Motel Essay

PART ONE: Motels on the Web

1. Find three motel sites on the Internet that interest you. A good place to start is the Motel Americana Website. (Please do not use "Heartbreak Motel!)

2. Write a paragraph about each of your choices with a global link to that site on your project3.html page.

3. Tell us why the sites are interesting, and evaluate the use of images and text, as well as the design of the site.

PART TWO: Motel Essay

Write an essay or short story about staying in a motel. Describe in detail the location, the motel building(s), and particularly the room itself. Who stayed there and why?

Be sure to link to appropriate web sites that will support your essay, and pay attention to the design/layout of your page.

PART THREE: Links To Other Students

In addition, link to two other student's essays and include a paragraph on why you choose to link to those sites. Are they similar to your essay or are they in contrast to your point of view? How?
