For this homework assignment we would like you to investigate the Smithsonian Institution's site on the Internet, in preparation for your visit to the Smithsonian and in preparation for designing your own exhibit for Virtual Greenbelt.

1. Go to the Museum of American History, Smithsonian Institution, web site and look at the following exhibits:

a. A More Perfect Union
b. From Field To Factory

What do you think about the way these exhibits are presented on the Web? How might they be improved?

2. Find TWO other Smithsonian sites and link them to your homework2.html page. Compare/contrast the four Smithsonian sites. What works, what might be improved?

Other sites include Air and Space Museum, Museum of American Art, and the Natural History Museum.
