Hill was born in Alexanderville, Ohio, U.S.A., on Tuesday, February 4, 1913, and died in Kalamazoo, Michigan, U.S.A., on June 19, 1990. They were married in Goshen, Indiana, U.S.A., on Wednesday, February 5, 1930. She took the name Marjorie Bell Hill. She is the daughter of William Franklin and Josephine Frances (Johnson) Youngblood. He is the son of Turpin Anos and _____ (Stone) Hill. They had three children:

i. Maxine Elaine Hill [#14BGA]: She was born in Kalamazoo on April 6, 1931.
ii. Robert Charles Hill [#14BGB]: He was born in Kalamazoo on April 11, 1937, and died in Kalamazoo on July 3, 1976.
iii. Louise Hill [#14BGC]: She was born in _____ on June 24, 1945.

Charlie Hill (his name was not Charles) came to Michigan in 1922. He worked for the James River Corp. for 44 years, retiring in 1978.
